Orders.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the day they are placed. I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order. All payments for orders are taken via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.

Delivery

Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail and depending on the service selected eg. 1st Class the tracking/reference number will be supplied to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Returns

I hope you will be happy with your purchase, but should you need to return your item for any reason, I will offer a refund or exchange providing I am contacted within 14 days in writing, email acceptable, of you receiving the order. Returns are only accepted providing the item is returned in it's original condition. Please note  the return shipping charges are the responsibility of  you, the customer.

I Debra Thompson am the data controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop. When you purchase from me I receive your name, delivery address and email address and I will only use these details to process and deliver your order or deal with any queries you may have.

If you send me a message using the contact button I will receive your email address. I will not share your data unless it is to process your order or comply with the law. I will retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process your transaction and will securely store all data collected during that period.
